Product Features
This product is a deep yellow powder, which is compounded and synthesized by additives such as leveling agent, brightener, precious rare earth and corrosion inhibitor. This product completely replaces the shortcomings of traditional nitrile chemical polishing process, which has a large amount of nitric acid, and has the following advantages:
1 can be combined with a small amount of nitric acid, does not produce yellow smoke, and reduces production and use costs;

1． The calculated phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid are successively added into the stainless steel 316L polishing tank; the metered aluminum scrap (which needs to be removed from the oxide film layer or the surface of the dirt deposit and neutralized and cleaned) is slowly added to the polishing and discarded. After the aluminum is dissolved completely, add a proportional amount of DX-218 chemical polishing additive when the temperature is lowered to 90-100 °C (when adding DX-218, shake it well and add it), and stir it to dissolve it. Finally, the metered nitric acid is added and the mixture is evenly mixed to carry out the production operation.

4．Polishing time: 3-5 min (depending on temperature and gloss)

3．In order to maintain the stability of the working bath, minimize the evolution of the water strip;
